Why doesn't OmniTrack need to manually add the code on the checkout page?

We get orders for your store in two ways:

One is the Purchase event triggered on the browser side;

And the other is to listen to the orders generated by your store through the Webhook installed on your online store;

Additionally, we have automatically injected the code on your Thank You page, so there is no need for you to add it manually.

The above operations can ensure that your Purchase event data is accurate and complete.

If you find that there is any problem with the event triggering of your store, please contact us in time, and we will troubleshoot and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
